The Brief: To promote Selwyn’s latest product the DigiMemo to the consumer and business market and increase sales. To provide PR support at trade shows. The DigiMemo is a futuristic clipboard that digitally captures and stores everything you write or draw on paper which you can then view, edit and organise in Windows.

The Campaign: We produced a media pack for the DigiMemo and rolled out an aggressive reviews programme, initially targeting mainstream consumer and business technology media. The response was tremendous and we achieved excellent reviews. Web User magazine voted the DigiMemo as the best of its “hot kit of the week” and sales of DigiMemo have soared since the campaign started. We have since rolled out a vertical campaign targeting a variety of sectors, including education, health and emergency services as we have identified new markets for the DigiMemo. Our campaign has included product reviews, competitions and product placement. We also support Selwyn at the annual BETT show where the company showcases a range of products for the education sector – including the DigiMemo and the Acecat Flair.

The Results:
Sales of the DigiMemo continue to exceed targets for Selwyn and the campaign is still going strong. We have since promoted a range of products for Selwyn, including the IWILL H8502 processor, the Odu Medi Snap connector range and the Acecat Flair.
